The Bag You Can Reach Into Without Opening

Most carriers make you choose: shut them in, or open the whole thing up. The HiDREAM Nylon Cat Shoulder Bag puts a soft elasticated port on the side instead of the top — so your pet can poke their head out at shoulder height, or you can slip a hand in for a pat or a treat without unzipping anything.

A Side Port That Adjusts from 2cm to 13cm

Loosen the elastic and the opening widens to 13cm for a head-out ride; pull it in and it closes down to 2cm. The edge is bound so it doesn't rub against your pet's neck, and a safety flap sits behind it as an anti-escape backstop. Set it wide for a confident cat who wants to watch the street, or narrow for a nervous one who'd rather just be fed treats through the gap.

Mesh That Keeps Mosquitoes Out, Not the View

The front panel unzips to a high-density mesh window. It moves air properly on a warm day, blocks insects, and is fine enough to be durable without turning into a screen your pet can't see through. Zip the flap back over when they've had enough stimulation.

Two Zips, Two Pockets, One Shoulder

The main opening uses double anti-escape zips so a clever paw can't work a single slider open from the inside, and an internal safety tether clips to a collar or harness. The 28cm-drop straps carry a thick velcro-wrapped pad that stops the webbing biting into your shoulder, and there are two open pockets for a phone, keys or treats. Water-repellent nylon in Chestnut Brown or Almond Beige keeps fur and sweat from sticking and wipes clean.

Place two fingers between the tape and your pet’s body to ensure a comfy fit.

Q1: How do I choose between HiDREAM's shoulder bags and totes?

A: This is the one with a side port — pick it if you want to pat or feed your pet mid-walk without opening the bag. Q2: Can my cat escape through the side port?

A: Set the elastic just past their neck — wide enough for their head, too narrow for their shoulders — and there's a safety flap behind the port as a second layer. Always clip the internal tether to a collar or harness as well. Start narrower than you think and widen it once you've seen how they behave.

Q3: What size pet does it fit?

A: Cats and small dogs up to 6kg. The interior is 40 × 18 × 32cm, so a 6kg pet has room to stand, sit, turn around and lie down. Measure your pet lying curled rather than going by weight alone — a long-bodied 5kg cat and a compact 6kg dog fit very differently.

Q4: Will the port rub my cat's neck?

A: The opening has a bound edge rather than a raw cut, so there's no hard seam sitting against their neck. If your cat is long-haired, set the port a little wider so the fur isn't compressed.

Q5: Is a shoulder bag comfortable for a long walk?

Q8: Can I take it on a plane?
