Do you ship within Australia?
Yes. We ship to all Australian states and territories. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once an order has been picked and packed, we're unable to make changes.
Returns & Warranty
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in resaleable condition. To start a return, contact our team through the Contact page with your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All HiDREAM products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers stitching failures, buckle malfunctions, and hardware defects under normal use. It does not cover wear-and-tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, we offer size exchanges on unworn items within 30 days. Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer's cost unless the original item was faulty. Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find the right harness size for my cat or dog?
We recommend measuring your pet's chest girth (the widest point behind the front legs) and neck circumference before ordering. Each product page and our Size Guide provides specific measurements for every size. When in doubt between two sizes, size up for comfort.
What sizes do your dog harnesses come in?
Our dog harnesses are available in XS through XL, covering dogs from approximately 2kg to 45kg depending on the style. Check the individual product page for exact chest measurements per size, as sizing can vary between harness styles.
What sizes do your cat harnesses come in?
Cat harnesses typically come in S, M, and L, suitable for cats from approximately 2kg to 8kg. Our wraparound vest design has generous adjustment range, so most cats fit comfortably in one of our three sizes. See the Size Guide for details.
My pet gained/lost weight — will the harness still fit?
Most HiDREAM harnesses have adjustable straps that allow for some variation in fit. If your pet's measurements still fall within the size range listed on the product page, the harness should still fit well. If they've moved significantly outside the range, a different size may be needed.
What if the harness doesn't fit my pet?
If the size isn't right, we're happy to exchange it within 30 days as long as the harness is unworn and in original condition. Please review our Size Guide before ordering to minimise sizing issues.

What materials are HiDREAM products made from?
We use breathable mesh fabric for ventilation, food-grade silicone buckles, and non-toxic dyes across our range. Structural hardware — buckles, D-rings, and clips — is tested for load-bearing strength. We avoid low-grade plastics and chrome-plated hardware in all products that contact your pet's skin.
Are HiDREAM harnesses escape-proof?
Our cat harnesses use a wraparound vest design that is significantly more escape-resistant than traditional H-style or figure-8 harnesses. The full-coverage design means cats cannot back out by pulling away. While no harness is 100% escape-proof in all situations, our vest design is among the most secure options available for cats.
Are your products safe for puppies and kittens?
Yes, provided you use the correct size. We recommend harnesses for puppies and kittens once they're old enough to walk on a lead (typically 8–10 weeks). Ensure the harness is snug but not tight — you should be able to fit two fingers between the harness and your pet's body.
Are the dyes and materials used pet-safe and non-toxic?
Yes. All dyes, coatings, and materials in HiDREAM products are non-toxic and pet-safe. We do not use azo dyes, lead-based pigments, or formaldehyde-treated fabrics. Our products are designed for pets who may chew or mouth their harness straps.
How should I clean my HiDREAM harness or carrier?
Most HiDREAM products can be hand washed in cold water with mild detergent and air dried. Avoid machine washing with hot water or tumble drying, as this can warp buckles and degrade fabric quality. Specific care instructions are printed on the product label.

Can all cats wear a harness?
Most cats can learn to wear a harness with patience and positive reinforcement. Younger cats typically adjust faster than older cats, but many adult and senior cats adapt well too. The key is to introduce the harness gradually — let your cat sniff it, then wear it indoors before attempting outdoor walks.
What's the difference between a cat harness and a cat walking vest?
A cat harness typically uses strap-based construction (H-style or figure-8), while a cat walking vest (like many HiDREAM designs) uses a full-coverage wraparound panel that distributes pressure evenly and is more difficult to escape. Vests tend to be better for cats that are sensitive, anxious, or prone to slipping out of traditional harnesses.
How do I introduce a harness to my cat for the first time?
Start slowly. Leave the harness near your cat's sleeping area so they can investigate it. After a few days, place it on your cat without fastening it. Then fasten it briefly during a positive activity like feeding. Gradually increase the time worn indoors before moving to outdoor walks. Never force the harness on a distressed cat.
My cat hates wearing the harness — what should I do?
Resistance is normal, especially in the first few uses. Try pairing harness time with high-value treats or play. If your cat freezes or panics every time, take a step back in the introduction process. Some cats take several weeks to fully accept a harness — patience is key. If distress persists, consult your vet.
Are your cat harnesses suitable for outdoor adventures?
Yes. HiDREAM cat harnesses and walking vests are designed for real outdoor use — walking, exploring parks, and supervised outdoor time. They're not designed for unsupervised outdoor access or tethering without human presence.

We recommend checking your specific airline's pet policy and measuring the carrier before travel. Dimensions are listed on each product page.
What weight limit do your pet carriers support?
Weight limits vary by carrier style. Check the individual product page for the recommended maximum pet weight. As a general guide, our backpack carriers support pets up to 6–8kg, and our sling carriers are suitable for pets up to 5kg. Always ensure your pet can sit, stand, and turn around comfortably inside.
Can I use a carrier for both cats and dogs?
Yes — most HiDREAM carriers are designed to accommodate both cats and small dogs of similar size. If you have both a cat and a small dog, check that both fall within the carrier's weight and dimension limits.
How do I get my pet comfortable with their carrier?
Leave the carrier open in your home as a resting space. Place familiar bedding or a worn item of clothing inside. Feed treats in and around the carrier. Once your pet enters voluntarily, begin closing the carrier briefly and rewarding calm behaviour before progressing to short outings.
